Born in São Paulo, Brazil, Vitor has established himself as a leader in promoting innovation and empathy in design strategies in countries across Europe and the Americas. His professional journey has made him an expert in applying Human-Centered Design (HCD) and Design Thinking methodologies to navigate complex cultural landscapes to meet client goals from fields that range from Pharmaceuticals  to Construction. Notable projects include work with Community Development Partners on the Las Flores (2024) and Rockwood Village (2023) affordable housing projects, Adidas USA's "Thinkerslab" (2017), and the "Gràcies" initiative in Spain (2013). Additionally, Vitor significantly contributed to Bayer's G4A Digital Health Forum (2020-2021) and the "Equity Speaker Series" for Meyer Memorial Trust (2019-2020). Among his current projects is work as a consultant on the "Konjuntos"  project to support bilingual teachers across the United States. Vitor was featured as a speaker at TedX Portland in 2022 and is known as a dynamic and engaging presenter and facilitator.
